



Branding beyond simple housekeeping
Show Ready Homes was created for Brook Bowles, owner of Brook Rachelle’s Cleaning Services LLC, as a brand identity built to support both her current business and her long-term goals. What started as a request for a logo quickly grew into a larger branding project centered on creating a more strategic, polished, and professional presence. The goal was to move the business beyond a general cleaning-company look and build something that would appeal to real estate professionals while still feeling approachable to homeowners.
The challenge: building from almost nothing
Brook came to the project with a few AI-generated logo ideas, but they felt too busy and didn’t reflect the level of professionalism her business needed. Through an ongoing back-and-forth conversation, I helped guide her toward a new direction that better matched where she wanted the business to go. Instead of branding only for residential cleaning, we began shaping a brand that could speak directly to realtors with listings, showings, move-ins, and move-outs.
Understanding the audience
A big part of the process was identifying who the brand needed to attract. Brook shared that she wanted to work with real estate agents and build a steadier base of repeat clients, so I researched that audience and developed a customer profile to guide the design direction. That helped shift the brand away from a simple house-cleaning identity and toward something cleaner, more elevated, and more useful in a real estate context
Design approach: clean, feminine, and professional
From the start, I wanted the branding to feel more polished than playful. Because the target audience includes busy real estate professionals, the visual direction needed to be easy to read, memorable, and sophisticated without becoming cold or overly corporate. The final logo system was built to support that balance, giving the brand a more refined presence while still keeping it warm and approachable.
The name Show Ready Homes also helped reinforce the business strategy. It immediately connects to the real estate world and suggests a service that prepares homes to look their best for the market. That made the brand feel more aligned with Brook’s future goals and more distinct from a traditional cleaning company.

More importantly, the branding gives Brook a platform she can grow with as her business continues to evolve.
